We are located in historic Grass Valley, in the heart of the Gold Country, between Sacramento and Tahoe. Our celebrated St. Joseph's Hall is interesting, personal and beautiful: it can be your wedding chapel or a dramatic reception hall. The Russell Rose Garden is a private European styled, walled garden, providing a most romantic, rose-filled summer wedding. It is an amazing outdoor setting.

St. Joseph’s Chapel Hall: Occupancy 300, will accommodate 200 sit down dining. Built in 1894, it is a large room (approx. 3,600 sq. ft. Hall floor 40' x 56' plus stage, kitchen, backstage and 2 restrooms). This historic chapel is the perfect place for  a memorable wedding and /or reception. The walls are covered with the original antique raised tin work in a motif of arches and flowers. The majestic hall features an oak hardwood floor, beautiful stained glass windows and a cathedral ceiling. The chapel has heating and air-conditioning. An additional dressing area and a small kitchen are behind the stage.

Historic Rose Garden: Occupancy 250. Beautiful setting for outdoor gatherings, from weddings to garden parties. Russell Rose Garden is home to over 100 antique and modern roses. It is divided by hedgerows and lawns. The planting beds contain a large collection of spring bulbs.
